Service Description

This therapeutic program is here to help you release, acknowledge and ignite your aliveness and power as we learn how to Embody the higher qualities in this Heart-Centered 6 Week Course. In this container we will form community and safe space to share and connect, we breathe together, meditate together and of course we dance. Each Week expect to dive more and more into the higher version of YOU. This Final session of the Journey includes 6 thought provoking Journal Prompts and 2 VIP Speakers.
