This is a 6 sesson package designed to take you to a more expansive spacious place in your mind, body and soul. This is not just practicing yoga, it is working with me to identify your goals and where your edges are, as well as what areas need healing. Each session is customized for you to meet your needs and YOUR body type and what needs attention in the the beautiful creation of all you are. Expect big miracles, big wins and a hype girl the whole way cheering you on! I can come to you for an in house session or we can schedule studio time (additional costs may apply.)
