Service Description

Thursdays will consist of a base warm-up, quick meditation drop-in, and somatic movement expression followed by technique, learning a new skill, and choreography. I will have various guest teachers come in and some classes may alter in style, and structure, however this is the base group membership for all things RiZe. This includes discounts on any Rize Retreats, workshops, or merchandise.
